Saleable condition items (excluding printed materials/publications, apparel, personalized, customized, or special-order products) may be returned for exchange or refund, less shipping charges, within 90 days from your receipt of the order.
Personalized, customized, and special-order merchandise is a final sale; no refunds, exchanges or returns will be accepted for these items. Our apparel items are decorated at the time of order and cannot be exchanged or returned for credit. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
