Shipping Information

We reserve the right to use the safest, most efficient and most reliable method of shipment to deliver your order.  Always be sure to provide a contact name, street address and daytime phone number for merchandise deliveries.

Product shipped direct from our warehouse should arrive at your location within five to ten business days (depending on your location) after our receipt of your order. If expedited shipping is selected, orders received after 2:00 PM Central Time will ship the following business day.

Items shipped direct to you from our suppliers, specifically items with personalization, may take longer for delivery. These items are noted as such in the item description.

Shipping and handling charges, plus any applicable taxes, will be added and shown at checkout.  Shipping charges are based on the weight of your order.  Our shipping rates, handling charges and shipping policies are subject to change without notice.

Non-U.S. Orders: Additional charges for applicable duties or taxes may be required by customs in the destination country. Lions Clubs International has no control over potential duties or taxes nor are we responsible for payment of the duties or taxes.

 

Return Policy

Saleable condition items (excluding printed materials/publications, apparel, personalized, customized, or special-order products) may be returned for refund, less shipping charges, within 90 days from your receipt of the order.

Personalized, customized, and special-order merchandise is a final sale; no refunds, exchanges or returns will be accepted for these items. Our apparel items are decorated at the time of order and cannot be exchanged or returned for credit. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

All return shipments must be prepaid; C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.
